Leveraged digital tools to empower pro-installers to sell more effectively and drive demand; 25% of customers now ask for Control4 by-name. - Demand Generation – Built and scaled multi-faceted demand gen engine for pro-installer leads (B2B), consumer leads for a network of authorized pros (B2B2C), and direct-to-consumer sales. Built digital infrastructure to scale lead capture and distribution to thousands of independent pros. Continuous optimizations simultaneously doubled lead volume and ROI to 8:1 ROAS. - Product Marketing – Developed strategic plan, value propositions, market-facing presentations, sales enablement, and competitive positioning across multiple product categories, including lighting, audio/video, networking, and security.
