Contata Solutions, founded in 2000, is a US-based software services company with two offshore offices in India: a Software Engineering group and a back-office support group. Our objective has been to make leading edge technology, process framework and application development services accessible to organizations of all sizes. I am passionate about designing software and systems that revolutionize user experience, support organizational vision, and exceed customer expectations. For over 20 years, I have led client projects in the retail, intellectual property, aerospace, finance, and legal space. My teams introduce automated systems and technologies that reduce operational expenses and manual processes. Currently, I am leading 17 employees in managing six complex projects. Through our efforts, we have generated millions in revenue within the last three years and consistently attract new business through referrals from our clients. Like technology, I am constantly evolving and often seek innovation opportunities. Not only do I possess certifications in project management and scrum, but I also subscribe to various technical sites that provide me with updates on emerging technology and trends. My leadership philosophy is grounded in Richard Branson’s quote “Train people well enough so they can leave.
