Results-oriented and innovative, I am an executive with extensive experience managing enterprise-wide information technology portfolios for high-profile financial services firms. Currently, I direct the strategic development of a portfolio of 20+ enterprise applications (internal and vendor supplied) across the front office, back office, reporting and sales and marketing teams. I am an analytical professional with a specialty in E-Business and E-Commerce solutions, credited with successfully leading cross-functional teams to design next generation solutions, while improving quality, reducing issues, and meeting key performance indicators. I introduced agile practices to develop requirements for the launch of a new business practice (401k) and technology platform, the Lifetime Income Analysis Tool, that was spectacularly successful and helped to land high-profile clients. As a collaborative communicator, I am continually focused on building top-performing teams and promoting cooperation across business units to drive positive change, comprehensive business approaches, and enhanced profitability. At my present position, I manage 25 direct reports across 4 functional teams including back-end and front-end development teams, web statistics, and project management, with quality assurance and support personnel in dotted line relationships.
