I am an established senior leader in IT delivery with a track record of enhancing business value in complex global organisations by providing quality services aligned with the needs of the businesses and customers that I support.I have been successful in both outsourced service provider roles and internal IT organisations. I have delivered in multiple industries, with experience in media, utilities, telecoms, investment banking and business process outsourcing.I am particularly attuned to the needs of businesses in the public eye, subject to external and government regulation, and where the services that I provide are critical for the safety of employees or the public.
