My career has been in Human Resources, Staff Development and Delivery, and Consulting. I am a Human Resources professional with generalist experience in the following areas: employee relations, training, employment, labor relations, and employment equity programs. I have also had the opportunity to work heavily in staff development and training for a variety of companies. I have the ability to analyze the productivity of an organization’s employees to identify effective training and development programs, assess and drive training initiatives, actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance. While working for Hewlett Packard my work consisted of leading the Personal Systems Group Inside-Sales human resources, on boarding and sustaining training programs for the U.S. This included multiple locations (Boston, Indianapolis and Colorado Springs), ...which then led work at the start-up that HP initiated in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
