I have 15 years of banking experience and am passionate about creating efficient and cohesive processes within loan operations. Currently I work as the Loan Operations Manager for Columbia Bank where I apply 10 years of senior leadership managing multiple loan operations departments. My experience includes consumer and commercial lending. I play a paramount role in system administration, bank mergers and acquisitions, creating and implementing operational procedures and am the point of contact for loan operations. I lead by motivating cross-functional teams and producing a highly organized and efficient strategy that delivers powerful results. In 2015, two departments were redirected to me in which I was able to decrease the average turn time for commercial loans from 4.6 days to 1.8 days.
