Multifunctional comprehensive background in information technology to include an administrative background in Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Management (GPOs), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Jamf. 5+ years supporting executive clients ( university presidents, university Vice-presidents, trustees, CEOs, etc). 2 years as a team manager at an R1 university.
