Managing Information Systems for the support function: - HR Department: I have been managing the full HRIS transformation in connection with the payroll, including Hiring, appraisal, Talent management, onboarding, social networking. All this transformation has been made with a strong relationship with key users, involved in business requirements and validation, training, change management - Legal and insurance Departments: I have set the full legal IS with new tools in charge of the contract management, claim management, insurance premium and deductible, Corporate law management. Above the IS architecture, I drive the change management, negotiation with partners and providers, team management, process design, solution architecture, security, compliance, ends-users support through Share Service Center, PMO.
