I blend people practices with business acumen to enhance both candidate and employee experiences. I also bring global knowledge to the table having worked in the USA, Asia Pacific and now the UK. I am currently at Depop to lead the global talent acquisition and management team, setting the strategy across our employee lifecycle from attraction to development to DEI and beyond. I am passionate about our employer brand, defining our culture and EVP. I am proud to say the scaling success has led to a 1.6b acquisition of Depop by Etsy.
