BACKGROUND SUMMARYI am the Chief Financial Officer of Clayco, Inc., which includes Clayco’s subsidiaries, Forum Studio, Concrete Strategies and Treehouse Adventures. My responsibilities include the financial overview of the Company and its affiliates. I have 25 years experience as a Chief Financial Officer in both privately held and public companies. Attributes I bring to the Company include extensive experience in finance, mergers & acquisitions, and risk management. During my career I have directed the successful financial due diligence in consummating over 300 acquisitions, led a successful IPO and secondary stock offering, and completed multiple bank financings. Certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Institute of Management Accountants, I hold CPA, CGMA, and CMA designations.
