Grace is Vice President of International Sales at Citrus and Allied Essences, a fourth generation, family owned business (est. 1933) in the ingredient and flavor industries. Grace has enjoyed working with the executive team and now the fourth generation to expand and promote our products to our customers internationally. Grace initially joined C&A in January 1989 as an administrative assistant to Richard Pisano, Sr., a second generation owner and President at the time. Grace received a well-rounded education from the ground up in both purchasing and sales. She watched and learned directly from Mr. Pisano, Sr., a natural born teacher and founder in our industry, as well as a history and geography buff. Grace went on to be promoted to International Sales Director, and earlier this year to Vice President of International Sales. Grace is passionate about sustainability in sourcing and ensuring the production of high quality products. Grace works in our original Citrus and Allied offices on Long Island, New York, and lives nearby with her husband Andrew. Grace and Andrew together have three children, Andrew Jr., Lisa and Peter, and two grandchildren, Sophie & Miles. Grace spends her down time gardening, reading and vacationing in the Bahamas. Fun Fact: Grace’s stepson Andrew Jr. and daughter in law Patricia (whose mom also works with C&A) met while college interns in our offices.
