He focuses on implementing tax and financial planning strategies to optimize business transactions. Mark also works with start-up companies to provide the appropriate entity structure, valuation expertise, and finance consulting. He has a strong focus in the franchise industry.Mark joined Citrin Cooperman in November 2009 from Carrow, Doyle & Associates, LLP, where he was the founding partner.
