With more than 20 years experience in the acquisition, development and retention of talent, Ann is a Talent Advisor with a passion for aligning people’s assets within the execution of an organization’s business model. A “Turnaround Staffing Project Manager” who delivers results with a high-touch, proactive service level. Strategic and hands-on consultant with a proven track record of executing large scale staffing projects to build relevant talent pools critical to the business. Extensive consulting background includes: handling the full-cycle recruiting process; vendor management; building and maintaining strong relationships with executives, hiring managers, and HR partners; and analyzing the staffing process to continually identify areas for improvement. Broad-based human capital experience includes: advising clients regarding the impact of changing workforce trends to talent initiatives, delivering career coaching programs, conducting interview training and facilitating workshops.
