Deb Hall Lefevre is a proven IT executive with a reputation for inspiring change and driving business performance through technology. Deb has 27 years of increasing levels of experience in IT with the past 14 years at McDonald’s Corp. As the US CIO, she led the largest technology undertaking in company history with the launch of the Global Mobile App in 2015 and positioned McDonald’s to be a launch partner for ApplePay in 2014 across 14,000+ locations. Her career journey includes significant global experience across multiple functions including Finance, Shared Services, Operations, Digital, Marketing, HR, Customer & Business Insights, Training and Legal. She has a track record delivering impactful results through high performing teams, industry leading strategies, large scale, global digital and IT initiatives and strong collaboration. Driving transformational change and business growth benefiting all stakeholders is the hallmark of Deb’s career. Currently, Deb is Corp VP, Global Enterprise Solutions and Business Transformation. She reports to the EVP of Global Operations & Technology and is responsible for driving a significant global business transformation and the subsequent technology strategy and execution. Previously, Deb was U.S. CIO where she was responsible for the development and execution of the U.S. technology strategy. Deb worked in close partnership with the U.S. executive team and Owner/Operator leadership to leverage technology to grow the business. She led a high performing team of IT professionals who consistently delivered on commitments. Deb was Corp VP of IT Enterprise from 2008 to 2013 where she drove global business improvement through BI, Financial, HR, Training, consumer and employee digital engagement, and a variety of other corporate solutions. Deb joined McDonald’s in January 2002 as Director, IT Strategy & Planning. Prior to joining McDonald's, Deb was with Motorola for 13 years where she held a variety of roles within IT.
