My responsibilities include exhibit management, vendor contracts, booth design, booth activities, project management, event planning, staffing pre and post show events, theme creation in collaboration with marketing, and vendor sponsorships. I have managed events in both domestic and international settings. More than 15 years of experience managing logistics of corporate events working with all company departments and both internal and external clients. Managed events of 10 to 1,000 people. • Strong communication skills, impeccable organizational skills. Able to manage, mentor and motivate team members. • Skilled at implementing programs within budget; overseeing budget planning, management and reconciliation process and reporting results to senior management. • Experienced in vendor management including hotel, travel, shipping, A/V, F&B, labor, graphics and computer needs. • Able to develop and deliver event related communications to internal and external audiences: registration web site, staffing schedules, speaker communications, invitations, conference agendas, binders, flyers, event guides and badges; manage survey process. • Communicate cross-functionally in a corporate environment obtaining outstanding results. Manage multiple events.
