Despite a difficult global economic environment over the past few years, Cincom continues to operate profitably and generate positive cash flows. Nearly all of the sizable companies in our business are publicly traded. More than half of our revenues are of a recurring nature from our customer base-one of the highest percentages in the information technology industry. These revenues represent a very consistent and predictable income stream and allow us to deliver on our commitment of ensuring that Cincom product lines continue to meet the ongoing needs of our customers today and in the future. Cincom maintains 30 offices in 20 countries distributed over six continents, and has customers in 65 countries. We have over 700 employees and provide customer support around the clock, 365 days per year. Leading analyst firms such as Gartner, AMR and Doculabs, as well as strategic partners such as Microsoft have recommended us to their clients, and many have become Cincom customers.

Managed translation of products into Chinese for the complex CRM and business rules product lines. Managed translation of product into Japanese for the complex CRM product line. Managed Asia Pacific sites as part of global rollout for ERP in the A/D MRO business for a customer. Reported to the customers global project management as their Asia Pac rep on this project. This project was very successful and the same approach was used for a subsequent upgrade of the software.Participated either onsite or remotely on the roll-out at other sites in the USA and other parts of the world.Worked as imp consultant for HVAC western company in Taicang in China. Implementing the corporate standard ERP but to the Chinese needs. As imp cons this involved working on many different activities which included project management of our side of the team, working with the customers project team to provide technical and functional consultancy or identify the best resource for the customers need.
