I have worked in the RPO space for over 5 years leading global partnerships through implementation, stabilisation to BAU (Business as Usual) delivery across EMEA, North America, Canada, LATAM and APAC with O2, Schlumberger, Becton Dickinson, Amazon Web Services, Elsevier, Skyscanner, Comcast NBC Universal and most recently Barclays UK and Citi Group Today I am Global Head of Client Services, supporting a number of Alexander Mann Solutions partnerships across Investment Banking, Retail Banking and Insurance With extensive experience and deep understanding of recruitment strategy, direct sourcing, early careers, large scale assessment centre design, AI and Tech innovation, I am a versatile and service driven leader.
