After 10 years of producing and directing theatre in New York and Austin, I fell into recruiting and found an unexpected career change. I currently focus on full life cycle recruiting, goal-setting and performance management, employer branding, and recruitment marketing for Delphic Digital, and look forward to continuing to grow my career as a hands-on 'People person.'I love working on cross-functional teams to solve problems and get real results for the business.
