Julie Feasel is a proven and experienced entrepreneurial executive with a results oriented, authentic leadership style. She has a consistent ability as a C-Suite leader to exceed financial; quality and customer service goals; develop new business lines and grow volume. Julie is a strategic-minded executive with strong operational background that delivers results. Her authentic, servant leadership style with a focus on people; open communication and collaboration are key drivers for her success. One of her strongest skills is to support and grow her team to be the best they can be. Julie's experience includes creating and leading a new physical medicine and rehabilitation company as well as over 15 years as a vice president of both hospital and rehabilitation operations across multiple locations and states. Julie was honored to volunteer on the board of the American Lung Association’s Upper Midwest Chapter and served as chairperson of the LUNG Force Women’s Cabinet of Chicago. She currently volunteers for Meals on Wheels delivering meals to the homebound in Tampa FL. Julie earned a Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota.
