Marketing and Communications Expert With An Emphasis in Online Marketing and Communication Strategies

Founded in 1861, Chapman is recognized for its liberal arts core, distinguished faculty, innovative programs and personalized attention to students. In the mid-2000s while serving in Chapman's Admission Office, I began experimenting with new media methods of lead generation and recruitment. More than a decade later, these strategies and tactics now have a name and it is called digital marketing. I continued these experiments in a newly formed department within Chapman University: Strategic Marketing and Communications. There, I developed a broad range of marketing skills and learned to manage staff, vendors, freelancers, student workers, and budgets. By the end of my tenure at Chapman University, I was serving as the Assistant Vice President of Web and Digital Media. All of my professional experience since that time has allowed me to further refine and perfect my skills as a marketing and communications expert. I'm also a storyteller. As a kid, I loved telling stories VIA music, theatre, and filmmaking. In my professional marketing and communications life, I use these same skills to promote my clients and employers, and support their priorities.
