Currently, I work as Consolidated Grain and Barge’s Marketing and Communications Manager, improving material and processes for our producers and employees by using a wide variety of services and analytical tools, establishing and adhering to brand guidelines, and always striving to implement continuous feedback to ensure we are providing the best possible service to both audiences. Previously, I worked in the Human Resources field and also served as an Executive Assistant, both of which well-prepared me to work with a variety of personality types in a wide range of environments/situations.
