Over 20 years of working within the full spectrum of visual communications and providing multi-channel solutions have sharpened my ability to listen closely to understand what customers and businesses need to succeed today. I consistently look for commonalities and opportunities for innovation, and am comfortable in the ever-changing business landscape, adapting and retooling solutions to respond to economic, technological and client-driven changes.My experience encompasses print, design, eCommerce and supply chain technology, inventory management, label manufacturing and fulfillment. I lead a team that successfully develops content and responses for targeted business development proposals, RFIs, RFPs and solutions-driven client presentations.I get excited about building programs that help companies and organizations strengthen their messages and communicate as a single voice to their clients and members effectively, successfully and in the most meaningful manner. A focus in achieving that goal is Cenveo's Managed Services offering; a set of holistic processes that measure, monitor and manage a company’s printing spend. Cenveo’s Managed Services model identifies value engineering opportunities; through redesign of collateral, shifting production method (digital vs. offset), evaluating paper selections and more. All of this is supported by Cenveo’s global manufacturing platform and sourcing partners; so our customers achieve savings with fewer suppliers and greater transparency into overall spend.
