Stephanie Clements is a patient-centered, mission-focused healthcare executive and operations leader who strengthens performance of hospitals in rural and urban markets. Throughout her career, Stephanie has earned fast promotions for designing and executing breakthrough strategies that improve workforce productivity, control expenses and enhance patient experience. Stephanie’s expertise spans the full range of healthcare C-suite leadership—from operations excellence and service line development to change management and quality enhancement. She brings the lens of a bedside nurse to decision making, while keeping an eye on the bottom line. All units currently maintain productivity at 100% or greater. § Drove performance of lowest-scoring inpatient unit in Press Ganey’s “Likelihood to Recommend” from 6th percentile to 75th percentile for three consecutive quarters. § Led Operational Effectiveness Team to identify opportunities to slash costs and drive efficiency. Increased procedural capacity and achieved $12M in annual savings. § Saved $250K in annual labor costs by streamlining and combining Cardiac Cath Lab and International Radiology Teams. § Reduced leader to staff ratio from 1:13 to 1:18, saving $2.5M annually.
