Account management gave me the background to think on my feet, manage details flawlessly, create relationships, all while excelling in a fast pace environment. Moving onto the recruiting team in Human Resources was a natural progression as I had always made it a point to not only do my day-to-day job but also give back to the agency. I had been representing the company during career fairs and campus visits from the time I was an Assistant Account Executive. Currently, in our department I am known as the trustworthy self-motivator, always ready to take on what is thrown at me and then some. I'm hungry for a challenge and love to create.
