With more than 20 years of experience, I am an innovative leader with expertise in spearheading and delivering state of the art technologies in the IO field. I am recognized to be a key contributor in defining leadership’s vision into executable plans for teams to follow. I am known to invent new and profitable ways to align with business goals and turn insights that emerge into revenue generation. I have built 2 startups in the US i.e. Argonex Pharmaceuticals & Celldex Therapeutics. I have collaborated in multicultural environments, integrating teams from diverse cultures and work ethics. Through that I lead teams to maintain focus on business development, have identified CRO’s for Molecular Diagnostics and critical projects in need of recovery. Specialties include: Peptides, HLA Immunogenetics, Histocompatibility, Bone marrow transplantation, Cellular Immunity, Assay Development, Immune Monitoring Highlight of Projects include: -Enabled 5 pre-clinical projects mature to IND stage (2002-2015) -Clinical development of 1 Phase I-III and 4 Phase IIa/IIb studies -Forged a major partnership deal with 3M Pharmaceuticals -Started the discovery platform in ovarian cancer using immunoproteomics, recognized as top contender out of 30 screened worldwide for this US job coming from Italy. -Initiated the Genomics effort for 3 immuno-oncology programs
