My primary function is consulting with decision makers and key influencers across decentralized functional departments to implement talent acquisition strategies leveraging a suite of solutions created specifically for internal recruitment operations to brand, source and convert top talent faster, easier and more more cost efficiently than ever before. I also partner with career services and development to educate and evangelize to students and grads seeking professional opportunities. I choose to work at LinkedIn because it was an integral part of my day-to-day long before joining the company. As a business development and intelligence tool, there is no doubt that it has made me better at my job. The ability to forge and cultivate meaningful business relationships and provide insight into customers and industries in turn allows me to identify opportunities to effect qualitative and quantitative change like never before. I have the distinct privilege to evangelize all of the innovative ways LinkedIn is changing the way we all do business.
