Rich has created and executed the CA IT Innovation Roadmap to set a clear direction for creating process efficiencies and improving the user experience by integrating existing on-premise applications with Cloud, Mobile and HTML5 solutions. This has included the successful integration of Ariba APC/PO automation globally and the Ariba Invoice Pro solution for North America with existing back-end ECC and SRM systems. The global implementation of Ariba Upstream Solutions is currently underway. Rich has delivered innovation by implementing the SAP Fiori mobility suite of applications at CA which enabled the workforce to perform frequently requested SAP functions via their mobile devices, untethered from the back-end systems.
