As Director of Transmission & Distribution EPC Projects at Burns & McDonnell, my number one priority is helping our clients in the transmission and distribution industry be successful on projects from concept to completion. Our team specializes in engineer-procure-construct (EPC) projects for the T&D industry. EPC project delivery reduces owner risk, shortens project schedules, provides a single point of contact, increased cooperation, reduces owner staffing, and estabilishes an environment for design and construction innovation. With more than 17 years of experience, I’ve served as project manager and lead engineer on multiple EPC projects with a variety of voltages, ranging from 26-kV to 500-kV. I enjoy the challenge of discovering and implementing innovative solutions. I joined Burns & McDonnell upon graduation from the Georgia Institute of Technology with an Electrical Engineering degree and later obtained a MBA from the University of Kansas Business School. These degrees gave me the initial skills I needed to launch my career and help deliver successful, cost-effective solutions to transmission and distribution clients.
