I am vice president and director of Human Resources at Burns & McDonnell, a 100% employee-owned, award-winning engineering, architecture, construction, environmental and consulting services firm. In my role, I lead a talented team of HR professionals, championing efforts in recruitment and talent acquisition, retention, performance management, employee relations, program management, compensation, benefits, training and policy development for our rapidly growing firm.I joined Burns & McDonnell in 1998, taking on increasing responsibilities until serving in my current role. My priority is attracting and retaining top talent and making Burns & McDonnell a best place to work.
