I have the privilege of being a part of the amazing Talent Acquisition team at Baylor Scott & White. I specialize in allied services, but I am happy to help you with any position that might be of interest! My background is in ministry, and I’ve spent most of my career working with young adults and helping them discover their unique potential and their calling. My passion for recruiting and sourcing is all about helping others find the place where they belong- the place where they can best use their gifts and passions in service to others. I’m thrilled to be a part of the team focused on securing top talent to invest their gifts into Baylor’s ministry of healing! I love to network and love referrals! When I'm not recruiting and sourcing, I enjoy time with my husband Dixon and our rescue terriers, Rudy and Theo. I'm helping Dixon pursue his dream as the co-owner of Wiles BBQ, featuring some of the best Central Texas style brisket you've ever tasted. I also enjoy water sports, science fiction, and volunteering annually for the parade of the State Fair of Texas. I moved from Mississippi to Texas to attend graduate school at Baylor, so I'm a big fan of the Bears and the Ole Miss Rebels.
