Accountable for global IT infrastructure and operations (I&O), architecture and innovation, application support as well as solutions management and cyber security functions. Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all third-party and internally managed IT infrastructure used to support business process and services across the enterprise. Responsible for the delivery of IT services through the management and orchestration of people, products, providers and processes. Lead the the development and execution of the enterprise wide IT strategy. It also ensures its alignment with the enterprise's business strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success.
