British Gas is the largest UK energy and home services company. We supply gas and electricity, boilers and boiler cover as well as other home services.
A well respected digital transformation and digital product leader who has been responsible for step change across Digital and e-Commerce teams in both the utilities and retail sectors. I am now the Head of Digital Delivery at Evelyn Partners helping drive their agile practices and delivering some key step change in the Financial Services industry. Prior to that I was the Head of e-Commerce for British Gas covering the retail marketplace capability, driving the end to end digital transformation and leading a team of Service Designers, BAs, Content Managers, Product Owners and Digital Analysts. I also have experience as the Customer Journey Owner for all the Join experiences across all channels in British Gas including heading up 5 digital product teams and an omni-channel team of c50 colleagues and led the delivery of the digital transformation agenda across British Gas including the launch of their new app. Excelling at stakeholder management I have consistently delivered a range of projects with overall programme budgets of around £30m per annum.
