What am I most proud of: ֎Being a father. ֎Delivering a multi-million-dollar program within budget, with 0 downtimes, and without any escalation from Executive leadership and customer ֎Developing an operations strategy reduces our annual spend by ~$15-20 million and brings standardization, optimization, and predictability in operations. ֎Setting up an Innovation Lab function that delivered greenfield projects and created a culture of Innovation that won us an external Design Thinking Award ֎Facilitating strategy planning session using Gamification concepts from Monopoly, Jeopardy, etc. to improve participation and efficiency of planning cycle by 25%
