As the Director of People Programs at Bobcat Company, I drive the development, implementation, and enhancement of people-centric programs that align with our company's values and functional objectives. I have over 18 years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, with a master's degree in management with an emphasis in HR and a Prosci certification in leading teams through change. I am passionate about creating and defining an employee experience that supports successful onboarding, retention, and development of our talent throughout their career journey. I leverage my skills in HRIS, compensation practices, employee relations, policy development, and legal compliance to build programs and tools that leaders can use to evaluate more objectively, scope, and scale key people decisions.
