Robin recently joined an early VC-backed educational SaaS technology company in early 2016 as Controller overseeing the accounting and financial operations as well as FP&A functions, staffing and development, monthly closing process, and capital raising initiatives. He was also previously Manager of SEC Reporting in the accounting and finance group of a NASDAQ-listed public company in the online fashion retail industry for over four years where he was responsible for managing and overseeing consultation on technical accounting and auditing matters, assisting senior management on corporate governance matters, financial reporting, taxation, equity compensation practices, professional practice, compliance and all aspects related to public company reporting matters. Robin started his career primarily with a big-four national accounting and auditing firm and has also worked at other various smaller CPA firms focusing on the consumer products, retail and technology industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant in New York, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of CPAs.
