Director of Information Technology at Bingham Memorial Hospital Mr. Weis has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. He is proficient with IT management, infrastructure planning and execution, ITIL, and project management. IT management experience includes leading a team of technicians and developers, designing and communicating technology plans for the organization, and actively seeking to build or improve existing IT processes. Infrastructure experience includes: Server virtualization with VMWare ESXi, Desktop Virtualization (VDI) using VMware View for a private cloud tenant based architecture, SAN management using iSCSI and Fibre connectivity across multiple vendors (EMC, Dell, HP), Implementations for remote disaster recovery, WAN and LAN voice and data networking, and server hardware and software management. He is proficient with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory and Group Policy, Exchange, Adobe Photoshop, MS Project, MS Office, and Linux. He has experience managing and delivering projects on time and within budget. Managing the IT support division to accomplish day to day support as well as long term project implementations. Responsible for the IT budget and strategic direction of the technology for the organization. Project management role in planning, tasking, and delivering project implementation.
