•Highly skilled professional healthcare leader with more than 19 years practical experience in administration and clinical services. Direct administrative governance of all areas of surgical services, radiology, interventional services, respiratory, contracts, joint ventures, and business development. •Significant business development skills including but not limited to developing numerous programs including physician practice acquisitions, physician recruitment, interventional radiology, bariatric surgery, neuroscience program, reconstructive & trauma orthopedics, multidisciplinary pain program, hyperbaric & wound care center, pathology, and physician joint ventures, including needs assessment, clinical training and education, and legal review. Project lead in physician practice acquisition and current Board member/manager of key physician/hospital joint ventures including whole hospital syndication, ASC development, GI Joint Venture, and Pathology. •Computer skilled with direct experience with multiple data systems. Proficient in all documentation/record maintenance/paperwork to ensure accuracy and patient confidentiality. •Manager for Idaho Doctors Hospital with responsibility for both clinical and general operations.
