My favorite thing in the world is meeting new people. I love meeting new customers, listening to their pain points, and collaborating for creative solutions. I develop customer relationships that outlive my tenure and truly enjoy helping them thrive. I focus on selling solutions—not band aids, building strong cross-functional teams, and getting gritty in the face of adversity. I have enjoyed many sales positions throughout almost a decade in Automotive, SaaS, Industrial Automation, and Cyber security. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following: •I can successfully strategize, design, and execute an annual sales plan from $2M to $30M+. •I enjoy the hunt and truly love to sell •I create partners in success, not just revenue •I can align and lead cross-functional teams to deliver and support my sales both internally and across my selling partners. •I love to win, but winning together brings me greater joy •I am comfortable speaking Tech and Exec. •I constantly and consistently look for ways to do the right thing •I always do the right thing, not the easy thing •I utilize creativity to solve problems when times get tough and resources are scarce. •I focus on making win-win decisions that benefit my organization and my partners.
