Beecher Carlson is an insurance brokerage and risk management consulting firm dedicated to delivering revolutionary solutions and services. I am responsible for planning and directing the execution of Brown & Brown Risk Solutions customer services and growth initiatives as well as guiding the development of short and long-term financial goals. I continue to drive national sales leadership across the platform with a focus on a well-organized sales architecture. Recruiting and mentoring talent is a top priority in order to maintain a high level of customer service and connectivity. Beginning in 2005, I have held a number of leadership roles at Brown & Brown Risk Solutions, a full-service insurance brokerage and risk management consulting group that specializes in providing risk financing and avoidance solutions to large and nationally recognized companies. In my various roles, I have lead business development for our property practice, MGA underwriting platform and led our National Sales efforts. I also personally represent a number of customers that specialize in real estate, food manufacturing and long-term care solutions. Prior to joining Brown & Brown, I was a senior executive sales leader with Hobbs Group for 10 years, providing similar services as Brown & Brown. In 1988, I began my career at Arkwright Mutual, a specialty insurer to the Global 2000, as both an underwriter and salesperson. I graduated with honors from Loras College with a B.A. degree in finance and marketing, in addition to being a 1987 Academic All-American on the football team.
