Ms. Szczygiel has 30 years of private non-profit clinical work and public sector managed care and operations management experience. Lori currently serves as the RVP of National Accounts, supporting Beacon’s work in the Public Sector and Child Welfare markets in CT, MA, PA, GA, IL, KS and NC. In her current role Lori assures responsiveness to state and plan clients, bringing innovation in programming, technology and recovery principles to opportunities across the country while setting and supporting strategic and growth priorities with Market CEOs. Sharing her passion for the work with many, Lori serves as a mentor to high potential colleagues across the country. Prior to these roles, she served as the CT Market President and directed sales and development activities in the Eastern half of the country. Ms Szczygiel holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Anna Maria College. She has been recognized by the Hartford Courant and Fox News as the number 1 CEO in the mid sized organization category within the state of CT and, as the CT Market President with her team won Top Workplace in CT seven times.
