Perform contract reviews for telecommunications, hosted applications, co-location, software licensing, and many other services. Part of a core team for mergers & acquistions that dealt with evaluation and integration of technology into the BDO environment. Dealing with varying timelines and requirements to ensure these new employees have a positive and productive experience from day one.
