I am a Managing Director and Partner at the Boston Consulting Group, most recently serving as the COO of BCG Digital Ventures, a hyper growth, global business unit within BCG focused on innovation and building new businesses. I have broad experience in operations, financial planning, talent strategy, and risk management and have had direct P&L responsibility. While COO of BCG DV, I had full accountability across the talent life cycle for our digital teams including talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and career development, as well as for assessing and implementing technology and tools required to support and grow the business.
