I am the marketing director at Battery Ventures, a global, technology-focused investment firm. In this role, I partner with the vice president of marketing to develop and execute on the firms marketing strategy, spanning branding, public relations, content, events, and social media.Prior to Battery, I was a senior associate at Burson-Marsteller, a global public-relations firm, where I led account teams for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, including the HP Software Applications and HP Converged Systems accounts. At Burson-Marsteller, I specialized in translating technical concepts into innovation-focused storylines and campaigns to move the needle for my clients. Before that, I worked for K/F Communications, a boutique public-relations agency, where I assisted with media and analyst relations for consumer- and enterprise-technology startups.I graduated with a degree in mass communications from the University of California, Berkeley.
