Coach or referee? For myself, I have chosen to be a coach. It has been proven to me through leadership development training that it is key to uplift your mentee(s) and fill them with constructive and positive feedback. This is my way of life and my objective when I see my career path. I not only want to be successful, I want those around me to be successful through my actions. I take responsibility and leadership to heart. With a mind set of "always watching" and "lead the way" my military background has paved a clear path for me to follow. We, as leaders, at any copasity are the future of the organization of which we affiliate ourselves with. I've long been a fan of two stories. Those who are the best leaders love what they do no matter how minimal it may be and those that create a path of leaders behind them to fill their shoes. Some choose to gloat of their power, I simply choose to show my results and give the credit to the lowest person on the todem pole.
