I'm not a prophet or a stone-age man Just a mortal with the potential of a superman; I'm living on. Extremely right brained professional working in the Financial/ Corporate space. Started 30 years ago in pension consultancy, widening to employee benefits before going into strategic leadership. In an unparalleled career I have been responsible for creating several award winning businesses from DC Consulting to Communication and most in-between. I have served on Management Boards and relish my role to query and challenge convention. Retirement and People Risk are my two areas of 'specialism' both need better engagement to deliver suitable outcomes. We are in an uphill struggle with an ageing population facing Pension, Housing and Long Term Care misery. Old silo solutions will not cut it in the world unfolding around us. At a personal level was recognised as 'Pension Personality'of the Year (2020)' .
