Michael Orenchuk is the President and Founder of Orenchuk Enterprises, LLC. He has over 30 years of broad IT experience in numerous senior leadership roles in healthcare, banking and telecommunications. Mike is dedicated to improving client's Cybersecurity Programs as he did for his previous employers. Orenchuk Enterprises works with CIOs, CISOs, Boards of Directors and C-Suite Executives to understand the characteristics of a mature and comprehensive Cybersecurity Program so they can provide informed support and oversight of the program. Previously Mike was the CIO at GuideWell Source, a Medicare Administrative Contractor that processes 32% of the nation's Medicare Part A & B claims. In this role Mike led the transformation of the company's Cybersecurity Program from last place nationally to first place for four consecutive years, as measured by an annual independent third party audit. Mike was also the CISO at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida where his team proactively matured the Cybersecurity Program while focused on enabling the business to achieve their business objectives.
