For almost two decades I have had great success in my career in being able to carve out new growth strategies, channels, products, and practices, across various industries and some of Australia’s most iconic brands including – AustralianSuper, Telstra, NOVA FM, and Village Roadshow. I have a proven track record as a ‘growth hacker’ and use an established framework to create solutions that lead to positive commercial outcomes. Human connection is important to me and success lies in inspiring others to integrate their work and ambitions seamlessly into the solutions and overall purpose. This is one of my strengths and I am able to turn visions into tangible roadmaps that enable organisational decision making at Board & C-suite In the end, generating growth and having a positive impact on the lives of customers, staff, and shareholders, is what matters most to me.
