I then moved to lead the IT Strategy function and technology delivery for each major Business Unit within Telstra. In 2004 I was approached by Tabcorp to create technology shared services across their Casinos Division and then moved to be head of technology within the Tabcorp Australian Business. In 2007 I joined TRUenergy as COO of Retail and CIO, moving within two years to lead the Retail business. Major improvements in customer experience, establishment of a digital channel and increased profitability were successfully delivered. In April 2013 I joined Superpartners where I delivered order of magnitude improvements in administration processing prior to the company being sold in late 2014. I am currently responsible for Digital Transformation at AustralianSuper.
