A highly accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the media, marketing and digital industries. Appointed as Managing Director Data and Digital Wesfarmers (now Wesfarmers OneDigital) effective from 1 November 2021, leading the development of Wesfarmers’ Group-wide data and digital ecosystem - a new role for Wesfarmers, reflecting the strategic importance and growth potential of our data and digital strategies. Prior to joining Wesfarmers, holding a number of leadership roles - most recently as the Executive General Manager, Community & Consumer, at Australia Post leading customer experience across the Australia Post retail network, digital channels and the customer contact centre. Previous roles include Chief Digital Officer and Managing Director, Digital Networks at News Corp Australia, overseeing digital strategy, audience and subscription growth, and Chief Executive of NewsLifeMedia, leading the lifestyle publishing division and the LifeStyle TV Networks for FOXTEL. Nicole is a regular speaker and commentator on business, media and women’s issues and is an active member & a former Director for Chief Executive Women. She has previously served as Chair of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation Advisory Council, Chair of the Interactive Advertising Bureau Australia and was a non-executive director of Capital Health from December 2015 to October 2021. She has recently been appointed President of ARA (Australian Retailers Association) (February 2022). Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University and a Masters of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
