I help major enterprise software companies make a lot more money. But my real value isn’t just in making money. It’s in how the money gets made. Many software companies make the mistake of chasing revenue at all costs. It’s not sustainable. It burns out customers and employees. Ultimately, it backfires. Throughout my career, I’ve learned a dramatically better way. It’s a bold, high-margin strategy for acquiring, integrating, and accelerating software companies. My passion as Chief Revenue Officer is to: * Make money and make a difference Just as important as how we earn money, and how much, is why we earn it. I believe strongly in both maximizing shareholder value and also in giving back. • Create frameworks that cut out the noise This is my superpower. I go beyond my role to create frameworks that simplify and connect every aspect of our business (from processes to people) — including the very complex software companies we acquire. • Take bold action I love this quote from Hamilton: “I’d rather be divisive than indecisive.” You can’t build the most successful company in an industry by chipping away slowly. It’s simply not possible. • Create customer value relentlessly Rapid growth depends on a highly-engaged, inspired customer base. I drive our sales team to focus on “we,” only closing deals that create long-term value for both our customers and our company. • Align and inspire a cross-functional team You can’t just acquire your way to rapid, high-margin growth — you have to inspire it, too. I help create and reinforce a vision our entire team can believe in, and drive alignment hard. It’s critical to operating a 100% remote, globally distributed workforce. • Integrate acquisitions more quickly and profitably I improve CSAT, revenue, and margin quickly as the owner of the entire customer lifecycle.
